Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Permanent | In-Office (Monday-Friday)
Start Time: 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Vacation: 2 Weeks
Benefits Eligible After 3 Months
Locations: Mississauga, ON
The Opportunity
We are expanding our Customer Service team and are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in corrugated packaging or manufacturing.
This is not a call centre role. This position works closely with customers, production, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.
If you understand production environments, lead times, and the importance of precision in manufacturing, this role will be a strong fit.
What You'll Own

• Managing customer accounts from order entry through delivery
• Reviewing specifications and ensuring accuracy before production
• Coordinating with production, scheduling, and internal departments
• Communicating changes, updates, and timelines to customers
• Resolving order discrepancies and service issues professionally
• Maintaining documentation and order tracking systems

You will be expected to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in corrugated packaging

OR * 2-3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing or packaging environment
Manufacturing exposure is mandatory.
