Job Title: Customer Care Manager
Location: Oakville, ON
Salary: 70k-75k/year + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

In office role (no remote)

**MUST have a background in manufacturing or production**

Responsibilities:

Coach, train and develop a team of 5 individuals
Performance reviews and appraisals
Some HR functions (hiring etc..)
Strategize and implement new processes for growth

Requirements/Skills:

MUST have a background in manufacturing or production to be considered
Excellent people skills and leadership skills
Previous experience managing people in a manufacturing/production environment (3 years preferably)
Excellent computer skills - MS Office Suite and SAP
Positive and outgoing personality!
Ability to manage stress well while working under pressure
Works well independently
