Jordans Interiors is hiring a full-time Assistant to assist our Coquitlam Customer Service/Warehouse and Central Ordering teams.This position will work 40 hours a week. The primary role of this position is to support the Central Ordering and Warehouse Operations teams with data entry and customer service inquires and call outs.Other duties will be assigned as required by the team and senior management.The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive, energetic, and responsible attitude with an interest in customer service
- High level attention to detail and adherence to quality control/assurance measures
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and learn new tasks
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Ability to learn or existing experience with basic Warehouse procedures in a warehouse/sales computer system.
-Assist Central Ordering Department with inventory location/costing/routing
-Assist with various Inventory takes and reconciliation
-Purchase order entry within ERP
-Inventory reporting within ERP
-Strong problem-solving skills-Relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years direct working experience
