 Salary: $22-$27 per hour (based on experience)

 Quantum is currently meeting candidates who are interested in temporary Receptionist, Data Entry, Customer Service, Office Clerk and Administrative Support opportunities. These are great opportunities for individuals searching for occasional work in between other commitments, or candidates with minimal work experience looking to jump start their career! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office support experience and will be well organized, friendly and reliable to take on temporary contracts. 
Qualifications: 
 - Completion of a Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree
 - 1 to 2 years of Customer Service and Office Support experience
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills
 - Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Excel), Google Suite, and data entry skills 
Responsibilities: 
 - Providing data entry support with high volumes of data
 - Performing general administrative duties
 - Handling email and phone call correspondences in a professional and timely manner
 - Filing and copying information/documents
 - Offering office and reception support when required
 - Providing research and analysis and spreadsheet creation
