The Customer Service Representative supports Interior Saving\xe2\x80\x99s vision by providing new and existing clients with solutions to their insurance needs through Autoplan, personal lines or referrals. Greets, recognizes and determines client needs by promoting and cross-selling insurance products and services, including ICBC transactions and recreational vehicle renewals. May monitor and maintain ICBC inventory of decals, plates and other related material, sort and batch Autoplan transactions and maintain filing system of ICBC client records. May process Motor Vehicle transactions, including but not limited to, renewals of drivers licenses, applications for drivers licenses, and collection of fines. Sell insurance agency products including: Autoplan, recreational vehicles and personal lines. Assists with re-marketing of renewals and reporting insurance claims, including obtaining information from insured and contacting insurance companies. On a restricted basis, provides support to clients in the sale of personal insurance and may be assigned a limited book of business. May process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations; complete data entry of agency and policy information transactions from insurers; and set up, maintain, and update client records and company manuals. Actively solicits referrals to commercial lines representatives, wealth management specialists and credit union sales staff; cross sells all agency and credit union products to insurance clients. Referrals of more complex insurance requests to the Branch Manager or designate. Required to maintain and upgrade knowledge of products including availability of, and changes in, prices and benefits provided by insurers. Identifies and develops sales and service opportunities with potential new clients/members. Enhances valued relationships with clients. May provide general clerical, accounting, and administrative support to the branch. Maintains established procedures with respect to confidentiality, negotiable items, cash transactions, equipment and surroundings to meet safety, legal, and procedural requirements. Maintains a professional standard of conduct at all times while promoting a positive image of the Insurance Agency and its affiliates. Develop and maintain a strong image within the community. Level 1 Insurance License
Completion of CAIB 1 or Fundamentals of Insurance

Completion of ICBC Autoplan Essentials
High school diploma/Grade 12
