Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at RIMS Transport, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all orders and order information/required details are received and inputted in an organized and efficient manner
Providing general support for the operations team
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Identifying and resolving any inconsistencies with the order information
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation industry.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with TMW Software
Excellent administrative and data entry skills
Good computer skills
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
