We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience All-Star to be the face of our patisserie. You'll immerse yourself in the art of crafting specialty coffees, sharing your love of fine desserts, and leading our front-of-house team to create memorable moments for every guest. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Greet and serve customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering impeccable customer service.
Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffees, espressos, and specialty drinks to high standards.
Dessert Knowledge: Learn and communicate detailed knowledge about our selection of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Front-of-House Management: Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and the overall ambiance of the cafe. Ensure the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with regular customers and offer personalized service that enhances their experience.
Team Leadership: Support and guide junior team members, leading by example to promote excellent service, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
POS Management: Handle customer transactions with accuracy, troubleshoot the POS system if necessary, and ensure daily cash-out balances.
Special Projects: Assist with seasonal product displays, merchandising, and promotional efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role in hospitality or retail, ideally in a cafe or bakery setting.
Barista skills: Knowledge of coffee preparation and an ability to consistently deliver quality beverages (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities for guiding the front-of-house team.
A passion for desserts and fine food is a plus!
