Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated
Customer Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, attending tradeshows, serving clients in-store and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
Collaborate with warehouse clerk to ensure order fulfilment
Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
Assist with marketing materials and social media content
Travel and participate in tri-annual tradeshows across Canada
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience or interest in marketing, an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
Strong computer skills. Previous experience with CIN7, Shopify, Photoshop, Gmail and/or Canva, an asset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of medical products and terminology, an asset
Ability to travel within Canada
