Customer Service
withelectrical knowledge
to join our Barrie team and provide excellent service to our clients.Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers (contractors, electricians, homeowners) Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner Create invoices, quotes, and process orders accurately Provide product information and recommend solutions (ABB panels, breakers, wiring, tools) Maintain the store: stock checks, organization, cleanliness Assist with merchandising, promotions, and customer follow-ups Support daily operations of the store
Requirements
Electrical knowledge
(experience in electrical supply, counter sales, or as an electrician/contractor preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask between phone calls, invoices, and walk-in customers Comfortable using computers for invoicing, emails, and order entry Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
