Customer Service & Design

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative flooring Customer Service & Design Consultant to join our team. As a Design Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide expert advice and solutions. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs, presenting design concepts, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and accessories
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Put together take-offs, estimates , and quotes
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments

Experience:
- Previous experience in interior design or related field preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of design software such as Sketchup is a plus/pacific solutions/RFMS
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to renovate spaces while considering budget constraints
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling additional products or services
- Account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
