That's where you come in. As the company's customer service coordinator, you work directly with the customer to resolve payment issues, provide them answers to their billing questions, help customers report their claims, and direct claims inquiries. You are detail-oriented and organized, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service to those you assist.One of the things you enjoy most about Square One is the supportive team environment. You know you're never set up for failure; instead, you get all the coaching, mentoring, training, and tools you need for continued success.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a member of Square One's support team, you are directly involved in all aspects of the company's operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Taking inbound calls related to the billing and payments on policies
  • Taking inbound claim reports and direct claims inquiries
  • Following up (by phone and email) on billing-related activities.
  • Contributing to quality control initiatives.

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Experience using Google chrome
  • Proficiency in numeracy
  • Previous billing experience
  • Bilingual in French preferred.
