We are looking for highly motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Enterprise Business Services team as a Customer Service Coordinator specializing in Accounts Receivables. In this crucial role, you will support our Customer Experience Team by managing inbound calls efficiently and applying strong interpersonal skills and process knowledge to resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to billing, statements, and account charges. Accurately process payments and update customer account records. Utilize strong soft skills to manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Perform outbound calls as necessary to update customers on account status or outstanding balances. Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and their Power of Attorney (POA) regarding outstanding charges and payment processing through Moneris or third-party payment portals. Process cheque payments, issue payment received notifications, and maintain precise account documentation. Manage customer requests for statements by printing, exporting as PDFs, and delivering via mail or email.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in accounts receivables or a related field. Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes for both the business and customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making skills, supported by thorough analysis, with the ability to advise management on escalated collection actions. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP and Genesys Cloud is an asset. Basic understanding of pharmacy billing processes is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in French and English is highly desirable.
