Email-Based Collections Agents

This full-time role focuses on

digital communication

, managing recovery efforts through email.

What You'll Be Doing:



As an

Email-Based Debt Recovery Agent

, your responsibilities will include:

Responding professionally and promptly to

incoming customer emails

Sending

outgoing collection notices

based on account activity and recovery timelines Navigating multiple systems to prioritize high-urgency correspondence Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient case resolution Performing general administrative and account-related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:



We want

results-driven, customer-focused professionals

with a strong ability to adapt and succeed in a digital-first collections environment:

Excellent

written communication

and conflict resolution skills Strong

attention to detail

, organization, and time management Previous experience in

collections, customer service, financial services

, or

call centres

is a plus Proficiency with

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to handle objections with professionalism and empathy Able to manage high volumes of digital communication independently

French is an asset ( not a requirement )

Must be able to pass a

criminal background check

Schedule:



Monday to Friday:

12:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays:

12:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Pay: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
