Customer Service & Private Label Business Development Specialist
to drive our customer-facing and growth initiatives. We are seeking a vibrant, self-motivated and results oriented individual who will become part of our growing team. As the heartbeat of our brand, you'll deliver exceptional support to direct consumers, nurturing wholesale partnerships and spearheading private label opportunities.
Qualifications:
5+ years Customer Service Business Development experience with an emphasis on problem-solving, ideally in the skincare or beauty industry
Post secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with web-based platforms e.g. Shopify & Amazon.
Empathetic communicator who thrives in fast paced environment with an infectious passion for clean science-driven beauty.
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and the ability to multi- task
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Good organizational and priority setting skills
Customer focused approach to dealing with challenging situations professionally, along with integrity and sincerity
Dependable and adaptable team player with a passion for improving office practices
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact -- customer service, assisting customers by phone and email. Providing personalized product guidance and issue resolution.
Manage orders through web-based platforms, e.g. Shopify & Amazon
Preparing courier waybills for shipping samples, customer orders and any other needs to larger based clients
Manage and update Company social media accounts and responding promptly to customer inquiries
Assisting/coordinating with skincare clinical trials & skin care procedures/application
Provide general administrative support to both internal employees and external customers.
