We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Website Merchandiser to join our team.



About the Role



As a Customer Service Associate / Website Merchandiser you will play a key role in supporting our online retail presence and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service Support



Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via website chat, email inbox and other platforms in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, returns, product questions and website functionality. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, friendly and efficient service.

Website Merchandising



Upload new products onto the website including images, descriptions, attributes, pricing and inventory details. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date and optimized for search/filter functionality. Assist in organizing website categories, filtering/sorting logic and tracking incoming inventory allocated to online. Perform regular audits of product listings, flag discrepancies and coordinate corrections with our internal teams.

What We're Looking For



1+ years experience in online retail customer service, e-commerce, or administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detail-oriented work (e.g., product listings). Excellent written and verbal communication skills--comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams. Comfortable learning new software/tools (e-commerce platforms, CRM, spreadsheets). A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in online retail operations or website merchandising is an asset. Basic understanding of product data, inventory flows and digital catalogue management would be a plus.
