In the Customer Service Associate role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. Your job will be to provide friendly customer service, help customers find the right solutions for their needs, drive sales, and make sure every customer interaction ends on a positive note. We'll provide all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed and feel confident in your role as the Customer Service Associate from day one.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

Engage with new and existing customers directly, providing customized products and solution recommendations that enhance their daily lives while driving sales Build meaningful connections with customers through active listening, excellent customer service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals set for the Customer Service Associate, directly contributing to the company's overall success. Collaborate with other Customer Service Associate team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve the customer experience. Address customer questions, concerns, or issues with effective problem-solving to ensure long-term loyalty. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance to track the overall growth of the company Stay up to date on the latest products, services, and promotions to provide expert guidance to our customers and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate, in sales, or a related position is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed for effective interaction with customers Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed and meet sales goals Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation to and from our local office
