Rider's Paradise is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Family Entertainment Center Associate to join our dynamic team. Our center offers a unique blend of animal rides, cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) experiences, and engaging arcade games, creating a fun and memorable environment for children and families.

As a Family Entertainment Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, operating equipment, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of customer service, technical aptitude, and safety awareness, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating positive experiences for families.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

: Welcome and assist guests, providing instructions for VR experiences, arcade games, and animal rides.

Equipment Operation

: Supervise and operate animal rides, ensuring safe and appropriate use by children.

Technical Maintenance

: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on VR equipment and arcade machines, reporting any technical issues.

Safety Monitoring

: Uphold safety protocols, ensure all activities are conducted safely, and assist in handling any emergency situations.

Sales and Transactions

: Handle cash transactions, operate the register, and promote special offers or packages.

Event Support

: Assist with the setup and management of group events, such as birthday parties and school trips.

Cleanliness and Organization

: Maintain a tidy and organized environment, restocking supplies and ensuring the facility is clean and presentable.

Social Media Promotion

: Help create and manage social media content to promote Rider's Paradise, engaging with the online community, and increasing the center's visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Basic technical aptitude for handling and maintaining VR and arcade equipment. Ability to follow and enforce safety guidelines effectively. Excellent communication skills, especially with children and families. Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills. Previous experience in a similar role or in a family entertainment setting is a plus.
