Job Description

Busy, growing distributor is seeking a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill a position in the customer service department of its Oakville, ON, Canada office. Applicant must be able to respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries, including pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, complaint handling etc.

Duties for this position include:



Answer incoming calls Shipping & Receiving of small package orders Process & Expedite customer orders through to billing Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints Working with vendors to Process Purchase Orders Provide clerical support for internal and external customers Open, sort and distribute incoming mail Light housekeeping associated with small office
*May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:



Min 1+ years office / related customer service experience Excellent written and verbal skills Problem solving skills, time management, documentation skills Must be detail oriented, organized and possess the ability to execute multiple responsibilities Familiarity with the sales/ purchase order fulfillment process a plus Must have strong windows based computer experience
