This person will be the first point of contact for our walk-in customers. Ridge Cedar Ltd customizes interior and exterior wood products from locally sourced wood. The duties and responsibilities include serving walk in customers needs, dealing with customer service inquiries, generating leads and develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers all at times, responding promptly to customer inquires, communicating with customers through in store visit, on line encounters including social media, phone calls, text messages email, processing orders, quotes and requests, communicating, and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Loading customers orders that are complete and keeping our showroom in top shape.
Qualities: proficient in social media, strong customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly with the customer, positive attitude, patient, be quick to learn our products and services and the confidence to talk about them in detail are key customer attributes, creative problem solving abilities
Requirements: high school diploma, general education degree or equivalent, ability to stay calm in all situations, proficient with technology, positive social skills, have a outgoing personality, ability to lift 80 to 100 lbs, be able to go out in all weather conditions
