Customer Service Associate Job Type: Full Time Permanent Start date: Immediately Hours of Work: 8am - 4:30pm (During the busy season, weekend work and staggered start times will be required to service customers across Canada) Salary/Wages: Starting at $14.15/hr About us: T&T Seeds has a long history of supplying mail-order seeds and perishable plant stock across the Canadian provinces, from B.C. to P.E.I. The Position: Reports to the Manager of Customer Success and Fulfillment, the incumbent will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, taking phone orders, handling customer concerns, answering website chats and processing mail and fax orders. Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team setting and individually
- Knowledge in gardening
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Headingley, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
