This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you'll do:
Be responsible for reviewing, and processing crop inputs regular and promotion orders.
Process retail return and transfer claims.
Audit and code freight bills for payments.
Respond to all retail inquiries and concerns.
Other duties as required.
Who you'll work with:
The Team:
You will work closely with a team of Customer Service Associates, Replenishers and Operational Support Analyst within the Ag Solutions team. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, support and customer focus.
The Customers:
You will demonstrate customer focus while local Co-op retails.
Why it matters:
Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and :
Have a one-year certificate in business or agriculture and three years of related experience OR;
Have diploma in business or agriculture and two years of related experience.
Have strong communication and customer service skills.

A wage range of $21.93 - $30.39 as per the collective bargaining agreement.
