Respond & interact with clients to identify and provide solutions effective to meet their needs
Build & establish positive trust relationship with clients in order to ensure continued client satisfaction.
Provide clients with information on company products and services to address their inquiries
Reach out to customers through phone calls and emails to inform them of deals/promotions as well as feedback.
Utilize CRM system to maintain manage customer calls and account information
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively respond to client inquiries.
Assist sales team with providing customer quotes.
Contact existing customer base to assist with equipment, parts and service requirements.
Assist with obtaining equipment quotes from competitors on a regular basis.
Assist with setting pricing on equipment by reviewing market comparable for similar equipment.
Assist with customer equipment delivery experience.
Skill Requirements
Communication: Interacting with clients using clear, concise language.
Time management: Highly organized necessary to multi-task on a timely basis.
Computer: Comfortable with working with applications to efficiently complete tasks.
Interpersonal: Work in a collaborative, supportive, team environment.
Website Social media: Comfortable using digital media to highlight customer services.
