SKC Farm Sales and Fencing is a leading provider of farm supplies and fencing products in the Elk Valley. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team for the 2025 season! If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, and taking on a variety of tasks, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and take orders for fencing supplies
Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
Deliver fencing products to local clients, including driving trailers and handling deliveries
Lift and load heavy items, ensuring safe handling and delivery
Maintain an organized and tidy yard, including managing inventory and stock levels
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Skills & Experience:
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude
Comfortable lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks
Experience driving trailers and operating machinery would be an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in retail, farming, or fencing is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
