About the Role





As an End-to-End Customer Service Representative, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our business. You'll serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure every order and interaction exceeds expectations.


What You'll Do




Customer Order Management & Support




Process and execute all types of customer orders (including samples and third-party requests) with precision and timeliness. Verify and enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and prompt communication with customers. Manage order changes, escalate issues, and communicate shipment expectations, especially for rush or special requests. Provide pre- and post-sales support, answering questions about products, availability, and order status. Address pricing issues and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction.

Relationship Building & Communication




Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering knowledgeable and friendly service. Collaborate with sales, planning and logistics to enhance the customer experience. Provide solutions and support to ensure customers are serviced appropriately, timely, and accurately.

Logistics, Documentation & Warehouse Operations




Invoice orders and prepare transportation documents (bills of lading, labels, packing slips). Track orders, manage transportation claims, and organize logistics between carriers and clients. Pick, pack, load, and unload orders; help with inventory management and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness. Operate a forklift (training provided if needed) and assist with other warehouse tasks as required.


IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

The profile:




2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented attitude and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP or SAP) is an asset. Willingness to learn and operate a forklift. Flexibility to work between 7:30am and 5pm. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
