Job Description
We are looking for a mature, reliable, responsible person to join our TEAM!Your position at SHEEPSKIN LOFT will include:
- Educate and inform customers about the many benefits of sheepskin and other wellness products
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Help with marketing and social media advertising (taking pictures, creating posts)
- A natural leader who is team and goal-oriented
- Strive for customer satisfaction with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- People person with the knack for building strong connections
- 1-year minimum retail experience would be considered an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of social media apps and basic marketing knowledge
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Are you available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month and extended hours during the busy Christmas season?
- Secondary School (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Part-time hours: 21 per weekSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourSchedule:
