Job Description
Blinds To Go/le Marche du Store is the leading destination for window treatments with showrooms in Quebec, Ontario and the US. We are currently looking for Customer Service Specialists who are ready to take on new challenges in our Call Centre, located in downtown Montreal.

Your day will include...
-taking on more challenging customer service cases
-providing an exemplary before and after sales service and to be a role model for your team in regard to customer service
- take charge of the training of new employees as well as the ongoing development of your team
SCHEDULE
Our positions are full-time, and our employees work some evenings and weekends
PROFILE REQUIRED
Customer service experience with increasing responsibilities Bilingual (French/English) as we help customers all over North America 2 years experience in customer service

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
