The candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, sales processes and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals Our entry-level Customer Service and Sales Development Representatives continue to be the point of contact for customer accounts. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with customers to bolster ROI and revenue. • Provide our clients with high-level customer service meeting their needs.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call existing and potential customers
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointment appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service/sales is great - but not required
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recognize, apply and explain products and a strong desire to learn
• Working knowledge of computers and ability to use it on a daily basis
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
