Once attached to the patient, the mobile technology sends cardiac data directly to a centralized and secure facility where a cardiac technologist reviews the information in near real-time. In the event of an urgent finding, the cardiologist is immediately notified. Using advanced supply chain, the service includes a patient-centric system that delivers the monitoring technology directly to a patient's home. Easy access and hook-up improves patient compliance and prevents the need for the patient to have multiple trips for device hook up and removal making the system COVID friendly. In addition, the candidate will require skills such as decision making, positivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.Tasks: Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information
Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM/Medical record system
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their referrals using proprietary virtual systems
Updating customer information as required
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
