The Customer Service Agent plays a key role in ensuring a seamless post-order experience for our customers. This position involves entering data, booking transportation, and reconciling shipping and order-related documents. In addition to these operational tasks, the agent interacts directly with customers to provide information on open orders, order statuses, and tracking numbers.
Beyond handling inquiries, the Customer Service Agent works closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive environment--both internally and for our customers.
A strong focus is placed on building trust helping customers feel like part of the family. This includes adopting a "one-stop shop" approach by answering a broad range of questions related to orders in progress or already processed.
In addition to structured tasks, the agent is expected to assist with various on-the-spot needs that arise throughout the day, including supporting document reconciliation and other operational priorities as needed. Flexibility, teamwork, and customer focus are key to success in this dynamic environment.
