As a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, youll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages. Youll have a positive impact on clients with your listening and advisory skills.

Your compensationThe salary starts at $23.50/hour. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.Your job

• Take calls from clients
• Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
• Listen to clients needs and offer personalized solutions
• Help clients use our banking applications
• Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector

Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and youll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance. Prerequisites

• High school diploma
• Customer service experience
• Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
