Prior experience in customer service, retail, or mobile repair is preferred, but we will provide hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in-store and over the phone with a positive and professional attitude
Understand customer concerns and accurately document device issues
Explain repair options, pricing, and turnaround times clearly
Create and update service tickets using our system
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication
Handle check-ins and pick-ups of repaired devices
Manage payments, invoices, and receipts
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Assist with
social media posting, basic marketing tasks, and customer engagement
Use
Excel or spreadsheets
for tracking repairs, inventory, and sales
Contribute to promotional ideas and shop marketing efforts
Support technicians and be
willing to learn basic cellphone repair skills
Qualifications
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic
marketing and social media skills
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Comfortable using
Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics is an advantage
Willingness to learn cellphone repair techniques
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
