Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess knowledge in sales and automotive repair. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers in scheduling appointments for automotive repairs - Upsell additional services or products to customers - Handle cash transactions accurately - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or dealership setting is preferred - Knowledge of automotive repair or mechanical background is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy - Excellent problem-solving abilities Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your customer service skills will shine.

Pay: $15.65-$25.00 per hour
