We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive relationship with our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, knowledge of our products, and sales, particularly within the flooring industry.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding Grandeur Flooring services and products.
Provide detailed information about services offered, ensuring customers understand their options.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately, including inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, payment, credit check and upselling additional services or products.
Collaborate with mangers and sales representatives to ensure seamless communication regarding customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills
Previous experience in a B2B administration environment is highly preferred.
Strong industrial knowledge or experience with building materials is an asset.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Proven sales skills, particularly in upselling flooring or similar products.
Proficient inventory and payment handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
