Job Description

Ok Pneus Terrebonne is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone. Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services. Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently

Sales and Recommendations:



Understand and explain tire and automotive service options to customers and also provide quotations Provide recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.

Service Coordination:



Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the estimated completion time. Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Administrative Tasks:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash register transactions. Assist with inventory management and order processing as needed.

Qualifications:



Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive services or business administration is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Skills and Abilities:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and software and point-of-sale systems like Gem Car
