Salon Rouge is currently seeking a

Customer Sales Representative

to join our ever-expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is fashion-forward, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the face of Salon Rouge--providing outstanding service to every guest while supporting the daily operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional attitude Selling salon services, retail products, and gift certificates Booking, rebooking, and cancelling guest appointments Managing hairstylists' schedules and coordinating with the salon team Calling clients for confirmations, follow-ups, and rebooking Assisting guests during their visit to ensure a seamless experience Point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and basic administrative duties Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and salon environment Supporting overall salon upkeep and daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

4-5 years of sales experience

Charismatic, positive, and confident communicator Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset Fashion-forward and professional appearance Basic computer knowledge and comfort using booking/POS systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salon experience is considered an asset
