Sales & Booking Representative

to join our growing team.

About the Role



As a Customer Sales Representative, you are the front line of our company. You will handle incoming leads, follow up with website inquiries, provide accurate quotes, secure bookings, and help guide customers through one of the most stressful days of their lives -- moving day.

You'll use your customer service skills, sales ability, and product knowledge to deliver a smooth, professional experience while meeting daily/weekly/monthly booking targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Handling



Answer inbound phone calls and emails Respond to website form submissions within

5 minutes

Provide accurate pricing based on inventory, distance, and job details Recommend services, supplies, and value-add options based on customer needs Convert leads into confirmed bookings Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets Follow up with cold or unresponsive leads

Customer Coordination



Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves Prepare and send deposit links Update Pipedrive CRM with all lead activity Follow up with customers after their move to ensure satisfaction

Customer Support



Professionally handle customer questions, issues, or concerns Maintain strong communication and a positive attitude throughout every interaction

Team & Company Contribution



Participate in marketing, networking, and sales activities Support PR calendar and occasional community initiatives Assist with additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For



Perfect English Strong communication and customer service skills Confident selling ability (closing experience is an asset) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong time-management Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers Experience in moving, logistics, or service-based industries is a plus Self-starter who thrives in a high-volume sales environment

Salary & Compensation (GTA)



Base Salary:

$19/hr - $22/hr

Commission:

$10-$30 per job booked

or

2% of total sales

OTE:

$55,000 - $75,000+

(top performers earn more)

Example:



If a consultant books

60 moves per month

, they earn

$600-$1,800/month

in commission.

Daily Expectations



Handle incoming leads consistently and efficiently Close

4-6 bookings per day

Provide a smooth, stress-free experience for every customer Maintain accurate internal notes and updates in Pipedrive
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
