Outbound Sales Representatives

We are a fast-growing food and beverage distribution company dedicated to championing small, local producers. We specialize in direct-to-store delivery, bringing incredible Canadian-made products to retailers across Atlantic Canada. Our team is passionate, driven, and committed to building strong relationships with both our suppliers and retail customers.

We're looking for experienced, high-energy sales professionals to join our team. If you're passionate about telephone sales, we want you on our team. You'll help expand our network of retail partners, drive growth for our producer brands, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and engage grocery retailers (national banners, independent stores, specialty food retailers, health food stores, pharmacies, etc.) Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Approach situations with a consultative and solution oriented approach Promote our lineup of local and emerging Canadian food & beverage brands Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Work independently and efficiently without close supervision Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in retail food anjd beverage sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Understanding of the retail grocery landscape in Atlantic Canada Must be comfortable working independently and remotely

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
