Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend Rogers products and services. Provide expert knowledge on Rogers plans, promotions, and features to ensure customers receive the best solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed customer records. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Stay informed on the latest Rogers offerings and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers. A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Pay: $38,480.00-$49,920.00 per year
