Station 385 is a Canadian Owned and Operated Express Car Wash. We're excited to offer the community a car washing experience our customers deserve. We offer complimentary vacuums, unlimited wash plans, and single car washes. Station 385 Car Wash is now looking to hire our Team!

We are currently hiring Full- time Customer Service Associates.

Purpose of Role

Support the ownership and management of Station 385 Car Wash by executing company objectives and standards in the operation of the carwash while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service at the point of sale by following company guidelines and recommending the best wash or club package for the customer to provide the customer with the best wash experience. Provide outstanding customer service in the loading area by following company loading guidelines. Provide a great experience to the customer in the vacuum lot by following lot guidelines and ensuring the property remains clean at all times. Execute opening and closing procedures. Cleaning and organizing all parts of the car wash.

Experience and Skill Qualifications

Excellent customer service and people skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, and weekends Ability to learn and operate all machinery. Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, and able to carry 50lbs Ability to work in outside weather elements such as cold, heat, and mixed precipitation. Focused on achieving results A passion for people Ability to accept correction and continually learn High standards of work ethic and productivity

Schedule

Monday to Saturday (7am - 7pm) / Sunday (9am - 5pm) Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
