Store Associate - Part-Time Position Available

We are looking for a Part-Time Employee for of our McGill location; must be 19+ to apply.

Core Responsibilities :

As a customer sales associate, your number one job at Juicy Vape is to make sure our new and returning customers feel welcome, and that all their needs have been met when coming into the store. To create a fantastic customer experience, it's essential to respond to queries from customers, offer recommendations, and give product feedback (when appropriate).

Engage with guests in a manner that respects their time to ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately operate market-relevant omnichannel programs (such as buy online/pickup in store) in accordance with company standards to ensure a seamless guest experience from beginning to end. Accurately operate POS systems and customer loyalty programs. Assess the requirements of guests in order to provide support and solutions for effective purchase and return. Ensure that guests receive exceptional product knowledge and assistance in making purchasing decisions based on their individual requirements. Perform cleaning and product presentation tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain store standards. Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Who We Are Looking For :

Candidates should have a good track record of problem-solving ability and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a retail environment, experience in a customer service role, and knowledge of the vaping industry. Prefrence will be given to those who have worked in a 19+ industry, and/or have relevant vape knowledge.

Must be legally authorised to work in Canada Must be 19 years of age or older Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own reliable transportation
