Position Summary:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Customer Sale and Service Representative 2 (CSSR 2) is responsible for serving and assisting customers in the selection and purchase of goods and services and/or fuel and fuel products to meet their needs. The Representative provides service in accordance with UFA\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Service Policy and initiates and/or implements corrective action as required to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. This position cross-train in multiple functions of the store or site.Key Accountabilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to UFA\xe2\x80\x99s customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Make sure that sales leads are completed or transferred to an outbound sales representative.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency with sales and receipts, and in balancing cash as directed. Prepare billings for customers and process payments. Key holder responsibilities may be required.
- Assist with the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products as assigned.
- Perform maintenance on inventory or cycle counts, as directed.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized in compliance with UFA standards.
- Act as a keyholder when required.
- Assist in the eCommerce process as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma with 1-3 years of related experience. On the job training will be provided.
- Cash handling, computer proficiency, previous customer service experience required.
- Capable of physical labour; capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
- Warehouse or yard and forklift experience considered an asset. In-house forklift certification provided.
- The successful applicant will be required to pass (negative result) a pre-employment drug (includes cannabis) and alcohol test as a condition of employment.
