Must-Have Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on retail CRM experience, including loyalty program design and customer engagement initiatives. Proven ability to analyze POS, sales quotes, and other datasets to generate actionable insights. Track record of creating customer segmentation and retention strategies. Experience with CRM platforms or implementing CRM processes from scratch, including automated communications. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills in a retail environment. Experience in retail, preferably in outdoor gear, automotive accessories, or similar consumer products.

Role Overview:


You will take full ownership of Rack Attack's customer relationship strategy, including:

Analyzing sales and POS data for trends, opportunities, and high-value customers. Building CRM programs that improve retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Automating customer communications (email, SMS, or other channels) to drive engagement. Collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership to align strategies with business goals. Reporting on customer insights, trends, and program performance to guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



Analyze buying patterns, seasonal trends, and repeat purchase opportunities. Segment customers and develop targeted engagement strategies. Design and execute post-sale campaigns and loyalty programs. Track KPIs and metrics such as retention, repeat purchase rates, and basket size. Test, measure, and optimize programs for maximum ROI. Provide actionable insights to leadership for ongoing improvement.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
