We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.In the role of Customer Offering Manager, your primary responsibility will be to optimize total revenues and margins through strategic commercial planning and meticulous execution. You will spearhead the development of market assessments and product strategies aimed at enhancing Amplifon\'s product and service portfolio, ensuring its alignment with customer needs and market trends. This role entails the design, maintenance, and management of the product portfolio, alongside the formulation and oversight of pricing and promotion strategies. Operating at the intersection of senior management and frontline teams, this position offers significant visibility and requires close collaboration with colleagues across the organization.Key Responsibilities

  • Further development of our hearing aid and accessories product and the introduction of new products.
  • Redefining pricing, promotion, and sales strategies, and leading negotiations.
  • Managing price lists, article maintenance in the system and inventory management.
  • Contact person for manufacturers on strategic and ad hoc issues.
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of price and margin development.
  • Lead a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on pricing, promotions, and discount execution in store (Key user and liaison with IT function)
  • Define upselling and cross-selling strategies and execute plans in collaboration with sales, finance, and marketing counterparts.
  • Leadership of product launches in collaboration with other functions: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Audiology, etc.
  • Coordinate and work together with the retail excellence and training team to set portfolio-based training objectives for training activities.
  • Competition and market monitoring.
  • Ensure up-to-date product communication in our retail clinics.
  • Selecting products for promotional activities and advising the marketing team (CRM, digital and offline communications).
  • Responsible for the manufacturer mix through the implementation and analysis of appropriate measures.
  • Definition of the service strategy for generating additional revenue.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C product management or pricing and revenue management (or similar like Revenue Growth, Trade Marketing)
  • 3+ years\' experience in project management
  • Budget management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master\'s degree in business administration (MBA).
  • 3+ years\' experience in an influential, supervisory or management role preferred.
  • Hearing aid industry and/or retail experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service.
  • Displays a high degree of motivation, dedication, and team orientation.
  • Must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional leadership, people management and conflict resolution skills are imperative for success in this position.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and is open to new ways of doing things.
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for data, and ability to compare and correlate various metrics and KPIs in order to derive actionable insights and action plans.
  • Effective communication skills, teamwork, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Engages in a systematic, goal-oriented approach and a strong commitment to service.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
  • Fluent in English and basic French knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as DataIku, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau is preferred.
Physical/Mental Demands:
  • Required to be seated for 8 hours in front of computers
  • Requires periodic travel aligned with the needs of the business
