The Role Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling and building a brand to continue to drive us forward in the growing talent experience space. In this role, you\'ll join a high-performing marketing team, working cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teammates to design engaging programs for prospects and customers. As a 10KC Customer Marketing Manager, you will be managing all customer related programs and deliverables with the main objective of driving customer love as part of the global marketing team. You will focus on increasing brand awareness, conversion and engagement - bringing campaigns, events and new marketing programs and initiatives to life. Are you a Solution-oriented self starter, open to adjusting tactics and executing in a rapidly changing work environment? We\'re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who\'s eager to do this and more. What you\'ll do
Define and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Lead the execution of customer marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving cross team collaboration
Work to bring client stories to life through the production and promotion of customer content
Lead execution for global events (both digital and in-person) using marketing tactics to drive ROI for the business
Coordinate with the Demand Generation and Sales team to design campaigns before and after the events to maximize attendance and engagement
Track and measure marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget
Work cross-functionally with BDRs, Sales, Product Marketing and customer success to execute marketing plans What you\'ll bring
4+ years of marketing, event management, internal or product communications, and/or community building experience
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a high growth startup to scaleup environment
Experience in Enterprise or Mid Market B2B software selling to a senior buyer in Human Resources/L&D a plus Equity, Diversity & Inclusion @ 10KC
