This is a fixed-term position that will last for 3 months . It will be located in Markham, Ontario and follow a hybrid work schedule. Position Summary:

Reporting to Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Logistics Representative (CLR), will be responsible for the overall customer experience process by answering incoming telephone calls, processing orders, and resolving order inquiries received via phone, fax, and email. The CLR support is provided for customers across Canada in English and French. Responsibilities:
  • Enter orders received from customers via phone, fax or email to the order entry system (or multiple ERP systems) according to established customer service procedures while maintaining departmental standards.
  • Actively listens and problem solves to find effortless resolutions to customer issues.
  • Provides resolution to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, returns and feedback using the appropriate systems and other related material.
  • Adheres to Johnson & Johnson Deliver\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Promise and 12 Standards of Excellence.
  • Serve as an essential link between customers and various internal departments such as Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution.
  • Adheres to Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and supports department objectives.
  • Share team responsibilities and support team functions.

Qualifications

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role or related experience
  • Must be fluent in English; Fluency in French is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Possess a high sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strong time management skills
Preferred:
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in the Health Care industry
  • Experience with SAP & Salesforce

Technical proficiency:

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Experience with ERP systems required, SAP preferred
  • Experience and exposure to different areas of supply chain an asset
  • Post- secondary education or equivalent professional experience

Physical/Auditory & Visual Demands:

Significant time spent in front of a computer screen and on the phone; headset to be worn when on the phone queue.
