Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via email, phone, text, and social media.
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding orders, products, and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance satisfaction.
Implement and refine processes to improve the overall customer experience.
Contribute to occasional writing projects, including educational or support materials.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as responsibilities evolve within the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management.
Ability to communicate with contacts in a prompt and professional manner via phone and electronic communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn and use new technologies efficiently.
Deep connection to the horse community; a background in science, biology, or nutrition is an asset.
Working knowledge of Mad Barn products and general equine feeds/supplements is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Additional Preferences
Availability on weekends (at least one day) is considered an asset.
