Job Description

As an industry leader for the past twenty years, GA International offers complete laboratory labeling and identification solutions to the bio-medical, bio-pharmaceutical, academic, government and commercial sectors. We are headquartered in Laval, QC with operations in the US, Netherlands, and UK. We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic and growing team! Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing customers and liaise with Account Managers and Product Specialists to maximize customer potential.
  • Identify internal growth opportunities and make recommendations to current customers to purchase products from GA International portfolio.
  • Handle new Inbound customer requests and leverage current GA International product portfolio.
  • Work in conjunction with Product specialists to develop tailormade solutions for high potential customers.
  • Meet company standards of delivering exceptional service through all aspects of the Sales Journey and ensure that established KPIs are met / exceeded in-line with GA International\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
  • Efficiently handle, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries via all channels \xe2\x80\x93 phone, chat, email, tickets etc.
  • Learn new products and technologies developed by GA International in order to provide best service to customers in the target markets.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience prior to, throughout and after the sales process and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure a continued sales cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Scientific background such as a degree in biology or in a related field
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years experience in sales will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM system (i.e.: Hubspot) will be an asset
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential, knowledge of French will be an asset.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :
  • Travailler avec les clients existants et assurer la liaison avec les gestionnaires de comptes et les sp\xc3\xa9cialistes des produits afin de maximiser le potentiel des clients.
  • Identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de croissance interne et recommander aux clients actuels d\'acheter des produits du portefeuille de GA International.
  • Traiter les nouvelles demandes des clients entrants et tirer parti du portefeuille de produits actuel de GA International.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les sp\xc3\xa9cialistes produits pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des solutions sur mesure pour les clients \xc3\xa0 fort potentiel.
  • Respecter les normes de l\'entreprise en mati\xc3\xa8re de prestation de services exceptionnels dans tous les aspects du parcours de vente et veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les KPI \xc3\xa9tablis soient atteints ou d\xc3\xa9pass\xc3\xa9s conform\xc3\xa9ment aux objectifs de GA International.
  • Traiter, d\xc3\xa9panner et r\xc3\xa9soudre efficacement les demandes des clients par le biais de tous les canaux - t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, chat, e-mail, tickets, etc.
  • Apprendre les nouveaux produits et technologies d\xc3\xa9velopp\xc3\xa9s par GA International afin de fournir le meilleur service aux clients sur les march\xc3\xa9s cibles.
  • Fournir une exp\xc3\xa9rience client exceptionnelle avant, pendant et apr\xc3\xa8s le processus de vente et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients afin d\'assurer un cycle de vente continu.
Qualifications:
  • Formation scientifique telle qu\'un dipl\xc3\xb4me en biologie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 2 \xc3\xa0 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la vente seront un atout.
  • La connaissance d\'un syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion de la relation client (CRM) (ex. : Hubspot) est un atout.
  • Multit\xc3\xa2che
  • D\'excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication en anglais sont essentielles, la connaissance du fran\xc3\xa7ais sera un atout.
