Job Summary: The Customer Experience Manager plays an integral role in the overall performance of Birchwood Collision Centre, managing the entire customer \xe2\x80\x98cycle of service\xe2\x80\x99. Focusing on internal and external relationships, the Customer Experience Manager ensures that the customer satisfaction index (Net Promotor Score) exceeds expectations. In this role, the Customer Experience Manager focuses on team morale and creating a positive work experience for everyone. The successful candidate works with the team of Collision Consultants, oversees master scheduling for the Collision Centre, and is ideal for someone looking to grow and progress as a Manager in a fast-paced, structured environment.
