WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate Customer Experience Representatives
Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store
Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
Maintain performance management records
Execute the store\xe2\x80\x99s annual business plan as delivered by the General Manager
Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
Make meaningful connections
Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
Leverage our product to tell stories
Leverage our company membership to gain customer loyalty
Add joy to our customers\xe2\x80\x99 lives
Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet
Leave a lasting impression

Salary Range: $34,000 - $55,000 Target Salary: $40,000

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

2 + year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
Experience in retail or the services sector
Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Passionate
