Job Description
Our client is a fast growing adtech company providing an AI based advertising optimization and reporting software designed to improve their clients' eCommerce advertising performance.
Their client base, and team is growing at a phenomenal pace and they are looking for an experienced and motivated CX Manager to help them continue to grow their small but mighty Customer Support team!
The Position:
- Oversee 2 direct reports ( and grow the team to 6-8 in the coming 8 months)
- Enhance best practices and processes pertaining to customer support, and client management
- Report into the VP of Customer Success
- Work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Product teams
- Located in the GTA
- Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude
- You have a passion for leading a customer facing team - strong people management, coaching and development experience
- You care deeply about customers and have a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for them
- You are data-driven and can navigate large datasets and extract actionable insights
